Rookie Sweater is a beginner-friendly raglan sweater knitted from the top down using Ballerina Chunky Mohair and Paljett yarns. A soft and sparkling sweater that’s just as perfect for everyday wear as for parties – ideal for anyone who wants to try knitting with sequins!

The sweater is knitted from the top down using one strand of each yarn quality.
Stitches are cast on for the yoke, which is worked back and forth with increases for the raglan and neckline.
Once the neckline increases are complete, the work is joined, and you continue knitting in the round in stockinette stitch with raglan increases.
When all increases are finished, the work is divided into sleeves, front, and back pieces, which are then knitted separately.
Finally, the neckline is knitted.
Knitting needles: Size 7 mm
Gauge: 12 stitches = 10 cm
The number of balls is based on the given dimensions. If you want longer garments, please remember that you may need extra yarn.
